Vico doesn't switch to normal mode properly when focus is lost #20

I currently have my vico set to use the skinny cursor when I'm in insert mode and the block cursor when I'm in normal mode. When the window looses focus, the skinny cursor stays and vico still believes it is in insert mode according to the status bar when it is, in fact, operating in normal mode.
