Currently an admin can't change users password.

All tests PASS ok, but It looks like the sonar-scanner from the travis CI build has a problem:

$ sonar-scanner
sonar-scanner: command not found

@tvieira yeah; need to add the changes to handle the correct dist on travis for the scan. Will review this one soon.
