DIC - Still changes combo box even when DIC is disabled #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed DIC on XE4, and set a theme etc
2. In the DIC options, uncheck "Enabled".
3. Restart the IDE
4. Note that the Layout combo near the main menu draws with a colour still, 
when the rest of the IDE rightly (since DIC is not enabled) draws normally

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Layout combo box should draw as it does without DIC, but instead it has a 
background colour from DIC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RAD Studio XE4 Pro
The first public beta of DIC
Windows 7 Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue was fixed in the new incoming version of the wizard, prior to 
install the new version of DIC, remove the entries of the registry 
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\11.0\Toolbars  (this step must be 
done only once and it's necessary to restore the defaults colors of RAD 
Studio), then install the wizard and start RAD Studio.
