Enable Multiple Icon Sets #30

Hello,

I have been reviewing the issue https://github.com/victor-valencia/bootstrap-iconpicker/issues/26 and had a quick stab at enabling this feature set. This was based on a fork today.

Now check out the changes.md file and the basic.htm file which should demonstrate some of the functionality.
