Cannot upgrade VirtualBox in anti-social mode #187

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 
http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/virtualbox/4.2.6/VirtualBox-4.2.6-82870-Win.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Chrome shows "blocked by client"
Unblocking doesn't work at all since antisocial-blocked sites can't be 
whitelisted.

At least "Temp" should be allowed for antisocial-blocked sources.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.0.6.13, Windows 7 64bit.
