Advanced / Capture Notification error #48

Problem description As reported in #32 example Advanced / Capture Notification displays this error dialog : Wrapped android.content.Activity/NotFoundException : No Activity found to handle Intent { act=android.settings.ACTION_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SETTINGS } (Capture Notification)

Device model Acer Iconia B1-A71 tablet

Android version Android 4.1.2.

Steps to reproduce the bug
