Matrix size problem #77

When I use a matrix of size less than 5000, there is no problem.
When I use a matrix of size greater than 5000, it is saying invalid index <1. 
cusp::io_exception error 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Matrix market file correction

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version

It looks like your matrix contains invalid values (NaNs):
