What: Develop API endpoints to manage club events, including tracking attendance and sending reminders.

Requirements:

[ ] [ ] Define an Event model and a MembershipEventAttendance model tracker.
[ ] [ ] Create an endpoint to track member attendance for events.
[ ] [ ] Implement a system for sending reminders for upcoming events.
[ ] [ ] Create a report feature to identify members with insufficient event attendance.
