Thanks! Unfortunately I have not done any SLAM or UAV trajectory planning with the deck. The deck was developed during my thesis where the goal was to build the actual deck and write firmware for it to get the data to a computer.
As far as I know there are no active plans at the momeny for this deck, but I'm quite sure that we can expect to see the VL53L5CX sensor in some applications the future.
Nice work! I wonder if you have tested some SLAM and UAV trajectory planning algorithm with this wonderful deck. The point clouds get from this deck are useful for the odometry and obstacle avoidance. Is there any further plan on it?
