Hi there, I am trying to find the comprehensive set of GCFs you generated in your recent Nature Biotechnology paper. My goal is to try to map metagenomic reads onto these using BIGMAP (which you did in the paper). I can't seem to find a link to these GCFs in the paper. Are they included in the repository somewhere?
