Modify Teensy so that it's power is independent of USB #14

Simple modification to the Teensy (cut a connection) that will allow it to power itself independent of the USB connection. The circuit already supports this and (I think) will make it better when uploading new code. Otherwise, there could be different power/grounds from the rest of the circuit, and past experience has shown that things get hung.

Per the Teensy 3.5 info card, cut the connections that will now make the Teensy power independent of the USB.
