Fix r200 cover bolt holes #11

The bolt/screw hole on the r200 covers don't align, resulting in not all screws installed. Widen cover holes to be slots.

Created slots in the back cover, but didn't fix the front cover and them scratched the front cover, which needs to be replaced.
