Remove integration with Microkid's Related Post? #40

Why:

It feels out-of scope
We don't want to suggest people using an unmaintained plugin (it contains some sql queries that causes trouble when having a larger database)
Easily integrated using filter arlima_article_end if you really want it.

Okey, if no one disagrees I will remove all knowledge about MRP from the plugin. Will add a note on the wiki on how to implement it the same way using filters.
