Pre-tension display widget doesn´t follow the same convention as forces or pressures in nonlinear analysis #37

Sure is a little cosmetic issue, I have noted that the pre-tension widget, when is defined as with a table, at time 0 and pretension 0, the widget should not be visible, as is the case for loads or pressure (that are visible when the time slider moves from time 0)

The arrows in the middle of the axial line disappear when the load is zero. Just the line itself remains which I think is useful since CCX is still creating the pre-tension section cut and Mecway is adding the prismatic layer of elements.
