Put command line example after installation part in documentation #125

This sequence would be more logical to me. At the present moment the installation guide comes first and then the section 'working example' directly disscussess the results of the converted file and not what commands were used to generate it.

The installation guide requires careful rewrite, and I am too busy for that. How about sending patches to the branch 0.41-beta ?
