Makefile changes for python and a few bug fixes for SuiteSparse

• Fixed a typo in the python API .html for one of the commands.
• Fixed a deprecated cholmod data type to the current ver 4.4 data type (UF_long to SuiteSparse_long)
• Added some instructive comment to the Makefile for Fedora users to link the proper optional libraries
• Modified the python extension portion of the Makefile to automatically add the optional libraries to avoid the problem of Issue #2. Also, switched to using pip for installing the package, as this is now the recommended way to install packages, i.e. not using sudo sorry for so many "mend" commits, totally forgot the second '-' for '--amend' and was spelling 'amend' with two 'm's... late night :tired_face: I was able to rebase them however

Closing this PR because I was working on a commit from a few months ago in error. Will try to apply these enhancements to the most recent commit if necessary.
