Once the user has chosen the bank to connect to, we will ask for the username and password

Notice that the name of the chosen bank is shown but can not be changed here, user should go to the previous step
Some banks require an extra fiel apart from username and password (we show the fields returned by Saltedge)

Some banks also require a second Interactive step: connect to bank - interactive

Once the bank is connected, the user is sent to the app's home screen.

Pending tasks (will be developed once the user story (or the entire mvp) is done):

[ ] Add interactive fields screen
[ ] Review possible connection errors:
- What happens when we create a saltedge login for a second time (when the first one was unsuccesful)?
- Handle common errors properly, such as failed authentication (show proper messages).
[x] Once connected, make sure that we don't display the accounts page before the initial data load has been completed.
