Multi-camera Application #150

Does the current InfiniTAM support using multiple Realsense cameras to construct a 3D model? I see that the program recognizes multiple cameras, if connected, but the sample application only uses one. Thanks.

@lnffzy99 We built a collaborative SLAM pipeline on top of InfiniTAM that's part of SemanticPaint - is that what you're after?

Incidentally, it's merged into master now, so you don't need to use the branch it was on at the time any more.
