Password Event History button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Basic install of pwm or a upgrade from an old version
2. Set "Show Password Event History" to true

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When user login, see the "Show Password Event History" button. I still can 
access the user's password history if I manually put the url:
https://my-server/private/history.jsp

PWM is not showing the "Show Password Event History" button.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
389 DirectoryServer

The history now shows up as a tab on the account information page.

We don't show the account information screen, nor do we particularly want to as 
it displays information we don't want/need our users to see.  The history link 
was something we were using prior to 1.7.0 and would find useful to show again.

Could you reconsider?
