Investigate returning json on followage endpoint #11

To allow a bit more customisability we should investigate if we can return the response in JSON instead. Nightbot allows using it including evaluation, but I'm unsure about Streamlabs just yet.

This might have to be an optional return as it doesn't seem streamlabs readapi function can do more than return text.
