Cordova iOS 4.x support #13

Do you have plans anytime soon to add support for newer Cordova iOS versions? By the way awesome plugin and idea!

Of course I do ;) Just haven't had time to familiarize myself with the updated plugin API

So I had a look at it and while I haven't tried yet it should be fairly simple to do when I get the time. I'm currently in the middle of trying to find an apartment in Ireland, so quite busy 😄.

Well, I give it a look too but I'm not quite an ObjC person. Anyway good luck with finding the apartment! :)

I got this working with the following changes: https://github.com/seanislegend/MapKit/commit/b52a8a3fff20c595e012d3031e0894bfb0c5a485

Do note I have additional functionality in my fork so you may have to do these changes manually. Hope this helps...
