slcand version - tty low latency change #2

(This is an issue of slcan in general, rather than this repo)

The slcand developers have also encountered the tty low latency change in linux; which we ran into ~ a year ago as well. See:

We’re using a version from 2017; which doesnt include that patch for low latency.
