[Feature]: Keep on charging when prices are very low

Description

From my observations of DynESS, I conclude DynESS just charges the energy it needs (profitable) for the future it can see (Max 33 hours). However when prices are very low (a configurable percentage below last few (4?) weeks average), I think it would be smart to charge as much as possible:

• The battery may get to 100%, allowing some time for battery balancing.
• The likelihood for this extra stored energy to be profitable at some point is very high
• Make good use of available capacity

Suggested Solution

• Allow for an extra parameter (a percentage) to identify low price threshold . (A percentage below average buy price of last 4 weeks)
• The DynESS should charge at max speed during the hours below threshold.
• If there is more capacity to charge within those hours than the battery can hold, then choose the hours with the lowest prices first.
• Keep the charging process going when the batteries are full, for at least an hour.

Alternatives

• Temporary disable DynESS and configure a manual charge period to 100% when a sufficiently large low price window appears.

Additional Context

We now have extended period of cheap hours (when the wind is blowing). I see DynESS does not use the opportunity to fill the battery completely.

PS: I am enforcing this right now via home assistant automation and changing Min SoC based on price, but this has it's drawbacks...
