The battery may get to 100%, allowing some time for battery balancing. -> Same point from my site, I like to have the cheap energy in my battery during the dark months. Allow from October to March 100% -> new config parameter for month and %
+1 from my side!
PS: I am enforcing this right now via home assistant automation and changing Min SoC based on price, but this has it's drawbacks...

From my observations of DynESS, I conclude DynESS just charges the energy it needs (profitable) for the future it can see (Max 33 hours). However when prices are very low (a configurable percentage below last few (4?) weeks average), I think it would be smart to charge as much as possible:

We now have extended period of cheap hours (when the wind is blowing). I see DynESS does not use the opportunity to fill the battery completely.
