[Feature]: Have a "time of export" #98

Description

The utility provider that buys energy from my solar system has a rule that says that they only buy exported power if it is in the "solar production period" and they set this to be from 7 am to 20 pm on summer and 8 am to 18pm on Winter. It makes no sense to me to export power to the Grid outside of those hours.

Suggested Solution

Implement a "time to export" thing in the configs of Dynamic ESS, or a scheduled sell and scheduled buy from grid like you have in the ESS tab "scheduled charge"..

Can you tell me which country you are in?

Portugal. One or Two of our energy buyers say that they will only buy energy exported to the grid on "sun period" or "sun hours".
