The Node-RED UI should show a disclaimer "This functionality is not supported by Victron; instead use https://community.victronenergy.com"

This was a misunderstanding: an on/off switch + disclaimer should be added to a Venus device's UI in order to enable Node-RED service in the system.

Not a Node-RED implementation task; rather one for Venus. I will close it for now.
