See https://github.com/victronenergy/venus/issues/378#issuecomment-950522781, where a Raspberry Pi is used with a relay board.
As the Relay nodes only show the relays that are actually available on the dbus, add some extra to the services to show them in the dropdown when they are there.
Merged and tested.
