Compare modbus_tcp entries with services.json #115

Also see issue #114. We want to be sure not to miss entries in services.json. This can be done by comparing our entries with the excel sheet information from https://github.com/victronenergy/dbus_modbustcp. Reading the excel sheet can be done with https://github.com/exceljs/exceljs.

Comparing is done, only need to add a few more nodes, which will get its own issue. This one can be closed.
