Missing nodes #123

Possible missing nodes after comparing the current nodes with the list from dbus_modbustcp:

input-dcsystem
input-evcharger
input-fuelcell
input-generator
input-genset
input-hub4
input-motordrive
input-pulsemeter
input-settings
output-battery
output-charger
output-evcharger
output-generator
output-genset
output-pvinverter
output-settings
output-system

Most of the above nodes implemented. After discussing with Izak left out some nodes (motordrive and fuelcell as they are not used that much). Where there is only 1 setting, it is a bit of overkill to create the node, so for now also left out: output-battery, output-pvinverter, input-hub4, output-genset and output-generator. input-pulsemeter was already part of input-digitalinput. input/output-settings was already part of input/output-ess.

Added several missing nodes:
- input-dcsystem
- input-evcharger
- input-generator
- input-genset
- output-evcharger
- output-multi
Also alphabetized the items within the nodes by path name
Fixed typo in victron-system.js, which caused a crash
Missed in the input nodes some paths that where present in the output nodes. Added these paths, so they can also be read.
Updated documentation to reflect the changes in order and paths
