I was interested in your image to help testing a development for Venus OS within the GitHub CI. That is how I found out that wget and curl are not available and only now that I was running the image on my desktop I learned that this is derived from Ubuntu. This then explained why opkg did not work for me. :)

Someone with a bit more of a routine would have found these issues earlier. I am convinced that an extension of the README like outlined in this PR would be of considerable value to attract more helping hands - or eyeballs at least.

If there is something that you need me as a Debian Developer to help with to help the ranks of Debian/Ubuntu among the Victron devs then please tell me so.
