hub4control: using battery only for output loads fails if single phase Multi compensates for other phases #1151

An old feature in ESS: If you have a single Multi on L1, it will try to compensate for the "extraPower" on the other phases.

At the moment it will compensate for other phases even if the setting to only use battery for critical loads is enabled. Which is incorrect.
