ESS: Min SOC is ignored (Bug) #1194

Hi,

it is now the third time I look into my Venus OS on my Raspberry and I see the battery SOC is below Minimum SOC.

Minimum SOC is set to 10%. As I had a look into Venus it was 6% and still powering the house (there was no power outage meanwhile which would request Victron to power AC-OUT. Here only a Raspberry is powered during the latest Min SOC breakage). I changed Min SOC to 5% to have a new limitation but it went further down to 4% only to charge up from this point to the requested 5 %.

I used Venus 3.12 Raspberry connected via RS485 to a Seplos BMS with serialbattery as batterymonitor. ESS mode: Optimized without battery life DVCC activated

My assumption is that a missing Settings -> DVCC -> Controlling BMS Settings -> System Setup -> Battery monitor

did cause this problem.

The above values are getting removed either if I turn of Victron/Seplos battery or if I plug out the USB cables that this is causing the removing of the Controlling BMS as well as the Battery Monitor during the next restart.
