This is a new service. A role for this was recently added to energy meter drivers.

[x] Log values for heat pumps (similar to acload service, talk to Philip about what other values might be useful)
[x] Also log energy deltas (see https://github.com/victronenergy/venus-private/issues/380 as well)
[x] Update the dbus documentation.
