Feature request: bumper music #137

When splash screen is active, play bumper music at a user-defined volume. Ideally this would be from a playlist or a random selection from directory with possible songs. The playback should be on repeat to accommodate extremely large SPLASH_DELAY values that might be used to create an effectively manual queue.

This would provide a smoother transition between songs instead of abrupt silence and keep some sort of entertainment going while waiting for the next singer.

The user-defined volume is an important feature. Depending on the type of music selected, it's often preferred to have it at a lower volume than the karaoke. If this isn't possible, the bumper music feature would still be useful. It would just require users to manually adjust the volume, either in realtime with a mixer or beforehand by editing the bumper song files.

Fading the bumper song volume in and out when starting and stopping playback is a nice-to-have feature. A fade of anywhere from 250ms to 3s would probably work. The fade time should be user-configurable if possible.

Fade out to the queued song would also be nice.

Any update as to if this is going to be implemented?
