Ideas for makeen plugins.

Suggestions:

user (authentication and authorization)
a plugin to facilitate database communication (makeen-db?)
storage (S3, azure storage etc)
crud generator
documentation (swagger, graphiql)
monitoring (sentry integration, tv, status monitor etc)
payment
audit trail

Also an important makeen component will be the front-end boiler. This should also:

be generic
have a decoupled architecture that can accommodate complexity
expose a form builder ?
expose an admin pannel ?

Should there be a Waffle or a Trello to list those? I think once the core is done, those that Vic mentioned as in: CRUD (isn't this part of the core?), Auth, DB Access, Storage and Documentation are the most important pieces and most literature that talks about ServerLess mentions 'No access to the filesystem' as a main setback.
