Issue with client not registering TFC fluids #5

I seem to be having an issue with the mod and I'm not sure what causes the issue, but it was working at one point, but it stopped working again after i reset the server. When i log into the server i get this in the log: http://pastebin.com/nJRQMx8R

What happens is the liquid is not visible in the tank, or visible as an amount in the GUI it shows 0/ e.g. 0/10000 no matter how much is put in, the tank does take the fluid but it's not visible clientside.

As i mentioned before the issue went away at one point, then came back and i haven't been able to get it to work properly since. I have tried restarting servers and client to no avail.

This is a full large steam boiler, it is full of water, but shows none. I'd also like to note that the steel tank in the previous screenshot has water in it, though it is not visible due to whatever is causing this bug.

i removed the enjins and the boiler and restarted the server, it is all working as of now

i also readded the high pressure boiler and all was fine. no idea how to replicate/what the problem was.

ok so i readded the high pressure boiler and on server restart i had the issue again, if a boiler is running and the server is reset the issue seems to pop up.

Hmm, this seems really weird. Can you list which version of Forge you are using, as well as the versions of other mods? Then I can try to figure out what is happening.

This issue stopped for awhile, i also stopped developing my modpack.

The issue came about once again today, however when i updated forge to 1492.

I then updated tfc merchants and this issue came back. i am 100% sure it had nothing to do with tfc merchants as i reinstalled the old version and the issue persisted. This issue seems to be a client issue.

It seems that forge is clearing the water value on the client side for no apparent reason, this error happens in console ONLY ONCE per session, right after i log onto the server i am testing on. the main error is as follows:

That error is NEI removing the water IC2 cell from nei, but the reason is that the water value is null.

PLEASE NOTE: i am running KCauldron-1.7.10-1492.152 I have not had the chance to test without cauldron however i do not think this is a cauldron related issue. The issue seems to be intermittent and from my point of view wholly random, i can provide you with my files, my server files and am available on teamspeak if you message me and can arrange time. i can also give you access to my test server IP if that helps.

IC2 2.2.719 seems to be what was causing the issue.

I updated IC2 to the latest stable release and i now only have an issue with creative menu crashing if i go into the search tab due to the same error listed above.

EDIT: this information ^ is incorrect, the issue has once again arisen for no detectable reason. I am officially beyond confused. Help. I tried removing IC2 to no avail, i honestly have no idea what causes this issue or why.

I confirmed it is not cauldron related as the issue happens in single player also.
