[Feature Request] Download all missing theme songs #27

I would love to have the option to download all missing theme songs.

Maybe give the option to manually select the theme songs that don't have an exact match after matching the ones that do?

'Download Missing Theme Songs for All' may be a possibility.

But when i'm doing a 'missing for all', ViMM generally doesn't take a break to come up for 'air' to let a users pick and choose.

It might be a nice addition to add a dialog after a "missing for all" in this case to show the tv shows that could not be matched directly. If that's too much work a dialog showing the tv shows that could not be matched (just an alert) would also suffice.

Dialog for missing missing shows added, same as the growl + list of items that errored dialog. I'll see if i'll keep it in.
