Spaces in media paths #7

When adding a new media path, if that media path contains a space ViMediaManager doesn't appear to recognise the path.

For example, I have a folder called "TV Shows" as the root folder of all my TV shows. ViMediaManager doesn't recognise the path, even though it's correctly specified, the toolbar icon is greyed out and no items appear in the list.

Additionally, the "TV Shows" item in the "View" menu is not greyed out, despite the toolbar button being greyed out.

If you're using the alpha's, the "TV Shows" item is greyed out because i didn't build that section yet, I just prematurely enabled the menu item.

If you want to manage your TV shows, you're going to have to use the stable version 0.5x alongside the alpha for now. I'm sorry for the confusion.

Understood, and thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I can't use 0.5 as it crashes on startup with a dialog box saying "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down." Probably related to me running Lion, or something. Not to worry, I will wait for TV Show support in the alpha to be built :-)

For 0.5, you could try removing the preferences to see if it starts up again.

You can find them at the following path: /user/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.vidalvanbergen.vimediamanager.plist
