Backdrop window covers screen title #7

On the AROS port only, the backdrop window on custom screens cover the screen title, and make it appear as if the title bar is blank.

It looks like the most likely cause of this one is that AROS fails to honor the "show title" flag that affects whether or not the screen title is shown before WFLG_BACKDROP windows.

Fixed in svn revision 34147 of AROS (ShowTitle() didn't work correctly)
