Add TouchEgg GUI or GCE #228

It would be more user friendly to add the GUI for TouchEgg a.k.a TouchEgg GCE 
to the official Ubuntu repository. Any chances, that this app will be in the 
14.04 repos of Ubuntu?

Thank you very much for all your feedback and suggestions. It really would be 
very nice... Unfortunately it is not my decision, it is Canonical decision, so 
I can not do anything to add it :(

Another method would be creating a ppa on launchpad with the latest version of 
TouchEgg and it's GUI.

Is anyone with expertise willing to add the GUI to a Launchpad PPA?
