Add support for multiple language for the mod. The overlay already supports editing all text anyways.

[x] Dialog Folder with .txt files for all supported languages
[x] Replace all displayed text with Dialog.Get(KEY) calls
[x] Add all displayed text with unique KEYs to the .txt files (English)
[ ] Add more languages

Update on this: I would want to do this at some point, but it is very low priority for me. I am mainly developing this mod for myself and have very limited time, and localization will be a LOT of work and will increase the work on future additions with no benefit to me directly. If i ever get to a point where I feel like I'm 'done' with development on CCT, this might be the last thing I do. Other than that, if anyone else wants to help with implementation of localization w/ pull requests, I'm open for that.
