Add support for Twine 1 TWS parsing #369

Currently waiting for approval of Twine 1 TWS documentation in the Twine Specs repo.

Once the approval happens, this will go into Extwee following the pattern of Twine-Utils as TWSParser.js.

Spec approval can take anywhere from a week to many months, so I've moving ahead with TWS parsing support.
