Absorb and redefine database properties of Format Catalog.

Properties:

name (string)
author (string)
license (string)
proofing (boolean)
icon (string)
description (string)
version (string) semantic version
url: (string) link to SFA file
twine1 (boolean): the format supports Twine 1.
twine2 (boolean): the format supports Twine 2.
basedOn: (string) the parent format.
repo: (string) the URL of the code repository for the format.
releaseDate: (string) when the story format first appeared.
