In my opinion, you should search for the 'webos' keyword in the project issues. Maybe some threads will be related to your issue.
Please fill out the Bug Report Template as part of your issue, making sure to include:
If the issue is related to your stream, and you cannot share the stream, please include all the information we would need to reproduce the issue. This includes how to generate a stream that reproduces the issue.
For Smart TV issues, in addition to the model, please include the OS version, how you are testing HLS.js (browser/page or dev-kit/app template), and logs.
LG C2, C3, G2, G3 used to be the HLS.js Dolby Vision is not working, the last version was updated 3 weeks ago, the webOS version is now running Dolby Vision hls.js, this is not yours hls.js , the LG factory update itself to appear running Dolby Vision.
But why didn't the LG C1 factory update? We've been waiting for a long time for OLED48C1RLA version 03.40.87, webOS 6.4.0-1804.
KONKA OLED-A55 version 04.41.40, WebOS 7.4.0-29.
But why didn't the LG C1 factory update?
That is a question for LG, not HLS.js.

@legosoff please provide Steps to reproduce the issue.
Here is an example of steps to reproduce that open-source maintainers can use to isolate an issue:
Steps
<sample HLS asset m3u8>
(missing)<Test Page (from step two)>
that loads <Asset (from step one)>
Actual Result Playback does not begin, player errors, media element is not responsive.
(Describe in as much detail as possible the state the of HLS.js and the media element as possible / Find all logs and any errors and include them below.)
Setup fails with error <copy any error event or exception detail data from `hls.on('hlsError', (name, data)> Console logs: <copy logs from console - may require logging to the page or connecting a remote debugger to your device>
Expected Result Media plays on supported device or browser (List devices that behaved as expected, provide a link and browser that supports the use-case (ex: Safari plays DV content as expected))
If you'd like your issues to be followed up on, please provide the information requested, keeping in mind that we need to be able to reproduce an issue to take action. It is on you to provide those steps and resources. If you do not, the issue may not get a response, or may be closed.
I didn't understand the third paragraph a bit. Please send step-by-step screenshots.

Can you be more specific?
The CONTRIBUTING doc covers what to include in a bug report: https://github.com/video-dev/hls.js/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#reporting-bugs
You might also search for "how to report a bug". What I am looking for is a bug report that includes everything you are doing on the LG C1 and a detailed account of the results including logs. This way I can reproduce the problem and explore a workaround.
And please refrain from asking rhetorical questions or questions that we cannot answer like "Should I sell my LG C1 OLED TV?" or "But why didn't the LG C1 factory update?". These are not productive statements and not things we can help with.
Update version 1.5.9, Dolby Vision LG C1 OLED did not work. https://radikal.host/i/f3UqS8 Error code
What do you want to do with Hls.js?
