Generate new APK - Berlin Live TV #24

This issue is to request that a new APK file is generated from the Android app template in https://github.com/videoDAC/android/

The app should be identical to the Görli TV app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.videodac.hls) except for the following changes:

Name of channel on paywall screen: Berlin Live TV Pay-to address: 0x369b1Dc5FCEB83AEE02AC1398596CB6D49E65b93 Network: Mainnet Price per-minute: 0.0002 ETH Streaming URL: talk to @criticaltv about this.

Also, it will need to be able to be published using id which is not com.videodac.hls. Perhaps com.berlinlivetv.hls
