Currently, users of the apps published using the pay-to-play android template must pay a fixed amount per unit-of-time (e.g. per minute).
This issue proposes to provide a way for users to choose how much they pay per unit-of-time, with a fixed lower limit - i.e. they cannot watch for free, but they can:
increase how much they pay to be above some "suggested" amount
decrease how much they pay to be less than the "suggested" amount, but above a fixed "minimum" amount.
This would require:
Design - mainly UX/UI, but also design how this will work tecnically
Usability Testing - does the feature work with real people?
