I.e. change 1200 -> 30s.

Should be done in the upcoming commit.
Someone should check the set value for the average brain tracking event rate.
If neccessary the recording status should be changed in the overview panel from 
#events to time whatever makes more sense...

Really fixed this issue this time.

Just the buffer time range for the eye tracker might be to large ~> reduce the 
interval and the slider steps if needed.
