Poster flashes between pre-roll ad & video #425

Description

When the video player transitions from the pre-roll ad to the primary video, it flashes the poster.

Expected Results

We'd like the pre-roll video to jump directly to primary video.

Actual Results

The poster is flashed between the pre-roll and the primary video

Versions

videojs-contrib-ads version: 4.2.8 Video-js version: 5.14.1

Other plugins: please list other plugins that may affect videojs-contrib-ads behavior, especially ad plugins.

Platforms

Browsers: Tested in both Chrome v68 & Safari 11.1.2

OS/Devices: eg. OSX

videojs-contrib-ads 4.2.8 is a version from 19 months ago. Can this issue be reproduced in the latest version?
