Bare with me as this is I believe my first Github PR.

Fix: Register the component and tech based on the latest VideoJS version.

The current version of VideoJS-Vimeo does not work with the latest version of VideoJS.

These changes are what's necessary to make this Tech work with the latest version. Tested on a local project.
