youtube shorts support #612

don't manage the youtube shorts links

I've tried to change the regex as stated in https://github.com/videojs/videojs-youtube/pull/613/commits/9ef819923cb6f0a8393f0b3280f60accbb92807d and won't work still.

Had to change the url to "https://www.youtube.com/embed/".
