Do you have plans to implement this method?

I'd welcome someone to implement it, someone had given us a pull request but it was missing a ton of dependencies so I had to revert it. It'd be fairly simple to implement, if someone feels up to the task. We're quite busy with Videostream-core and Android native at the moment.
